Position description

Mountainside ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians. In this position, employees provide direct ABA Therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in the clients' homes, in our centers, and in community settings with the families. Behavior Technicians are provided with trainings, ongoing supervision, and professional development. If pursuing BCaBA or BCBA certification, Mountainside ABA provides free supervision. WV Birth to Three Practitioners

ABA (BCBA or BCaBA), SLP, OT and others!

Location

  • West Virginia Counties including (but not limited to) the following: Randolph, Tucker, Monongalia

  • ABA Therapy occurs in children's homes and in the community

Important employee qualities

  • Current professional certification (i.e. OTR/L, BCBA or BCaBA, SLP, etc.) OR college degree in an early childhood field

  • Independence and organization

  • Strong family training skills

  • Early intervention experience is preferred

Position description

Mountainside ABA is hiring professionals to join our expanding Birth to Three team. This position places an emphasis on family training and inclusion. In this position, the practitioner will receive ongoing professional collaboration within Mountainside ABA. Practitioners conduct assessments, develop goals and treatment plans, develop plans for family involvement, and provide ongoing family training to reach these goals. Practitioners participate in service team meetings with other service providers related to the child.
